We operate over 7 million of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Port Salford site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis.


Salary:
£25,000 per annum.


Working hours:
Any 5 in 7 days (Rotating 07:00 - 15:00, 08:00 - 16:00 & 09:00 - 17:00).


Job Description:


The purpose of a Customer Services Administrator is to support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.


Key Duties of a Customer Services Administrator:

  • Resolving various customer service queries and requests.
  • Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service and Export reports.
  • Chasing orders and resolving delivery issues.
  • Checking Daily Order Audits.
  • Planning Parcel Traffic Orders and Communications.
  • Planning Export Order collections
  • Haulier Confirmations.
  • Managing Special Delivery Orders and cost control.
  • Using the Customer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems Compliance.
  • Creating Monthly KIP packs for review meetings.
  • Liaising with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Stock Control, Central Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues).
  • Proactively looking for conscientious improvements.
  • Maintaining Client SAP stock system accuracy.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year.
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage their own time effectively.
  • Knowledge of warehousing or transport software systems would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
