£25K - £30K dependant on experience

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and organised Office Coordinator.


You must possess outstanding organisational skills with exceptional Project Management and IT skills and be able to deliver and demonstrate your experience of previous projects that you have worked on.

If you have had experience of recruiting staff and managing people this will be an advantage.

You will need to have worked in a fast pace environment working to tight deadlines.


Role Responsibilities

  • Office Administration, including keeping information system up to date.
  • Ensuring business follows procedures and is compliant with any new relevant legislation
  • Managing 3rd party IT services, also providing internal IT support throughout the business.
  • Managing and organising adhoc projects
  • Managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations (office supplies etc)
  • Office maintenance and management
  • Implementation and execution of all HR functions including onboarding for IT, staff holidays, contract of employment and successful delivery of Induction processes and training

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have proven experience in a similar role
  • 3 years plus
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced and busy environment ideal
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel
  • Some knowledge of Accounting packages (an advantage)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Have a mature and capable attitude
  • Have the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Be flexible, hardworking and versatile
  • Be diligent and trustworthy
