Responsibilities:

Understand the build process expected for conversion of vehicles for wheelchair access,
Cut out/modify the floor of the vehicle to prepare for conversion,
Fit conversion and ramp,
Ability to use hand tools such as saws, grinders, and drills effectively,
Fit Wheelchair and Passenger Restraint systems,
Fit and wire other accessories on request i.e. winch, side steps,
Build conversions following the build manual for the set vehicle,
Solve problems that occur during the build process,
Identification of solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role,
Full driving licence,
A great work ethic with a positive, cando attitude,
Excellent time keeping,
Pride in quality workmanship.
Initiative to work alone as well as successfully within a team.
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to follow instructions and execute effectively
