Sales Progression - Progress sale during conveyancing process, liaising with Solicitors, Vendors, Buyers, Brokers and Estate Agents- Must be IT literate, confident on the telephone and face to face communication
- Property take On's
- Assisting with photography, floorplan's and 3D Walk through Creation
- Retrieving Applicant/Property details
- Managing the team diary and allocating viewings, obtaining and recording information provided from the public
- Viewings
- There will be opportunities to carry out viewings at properties, there will be a commission paid if a sale is made from this and is relevant to the property value
Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
