Our exceptional client is currently seeking a Commercial/Company Lawyer to join their dynamic and professional team, with offices based in the South of England.

This role is suitable for a Solicitor or a very experienced Legal Executive with a flare for the work and good experience of working in a UK private practice.


Skills required:

  • At least 4 years of solid experience of noncontentious commercial work in a private practice
  • Exceptional people skills
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Above average organisational, time management and IT skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confidence and ability to react to change in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
  • Strong billing history
  • A desire and the ability to help in the growth of the commercial work
  • The ability to work unsupervised is absolutely essential
  • The ability to be able to handle employment work would be an advantage.
