Are you interested in being a Standalone Head of HR within a well known Higher Education Institute?


We are currently hiring for our client, a Prestigious Higher Education Institute with a key international initiative in London, for an Head of HR for the London Office.

This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team driving impactful initiatives on a global scale As the Senior HR Manager, you will shape and oversee HR policies, fostering an inclusive work environment.

You will collaborate with the leadership team for the success of our London HR Operations.

Permanent - 4 days on site


In this role you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR in London within a global setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for legal compliance.
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives, collaborating with the wider corporate function
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, providing excellent HR support.
  • Act as a local resource for workplace development and support linemanagers in employment situations.
  • Compile compensation and benefits information based on market data.
  • Design and conduct training for London staff.
  • Gather and interpret data for management reports
  • Lead talent growth and acquisition strategy, focusing on retention, talent management, and wellbeing.
You will be suited to this role if you have:

  • A passion and high level of regard the Higher Education industry
  • Experience as a senior HR
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with sound judgment and discretion in handling HR issues.
  • People leadership, managerial, coaching, and organizational skills in a crosscultural environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and work with urgency to achieve our vision and mission.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to produce results in a dynamic international environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
