We are a successful construction recruitment company. Our goal isnt to reinvent recruitment, but rather keep it simple, honest and driven by quality. We are based in London but have employees around the UK. We have plans to expand further into the Northern and Midland regions too

What are we looking for?

We are looking to expand our team in the South West with an exceptional Regional recruitment manager who will have a focus on the white-collar construction sector.

If you want to play a key part in the expansion of the business, then youre the right person for us.

What is the job?
Youll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in the white-collar construction industry.

Youll be introduced to customers to work with from day one as well as build your own connections and win more customers and business within the region.

Once established, youll recruit further consultants to suit the office and customer base and have full autonomy in the South-West region.

Your skills/experience:

Previous experience within construction recruitment
Great knowledge of the local market
Excellent communication skills
A positive, cando attitude
Coldcalling ability
A desire to reach the top rung of the ladder within business
The ability to work as part of a team

Bonus:

Experience in placing permanent roles would be advantageous

What we offer:

Up to £50,000 basic salary dependant on experience
Commission structure up to 30%
23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, your birthday off and Christmas shut down. To rise with promotions
