*About the role*We're looking for several Sales Executives to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead.
You'll speak to customers, some will know what they want their next vehicle to be, and others won't. Your job will be to qualify and assess their needs to help them secure their dream vehicle.

We'll train you to use our in-house systems, enabling you to offer them the right lease and products, such as gap insurance.

We'll generate the leads, so you can focus on engaging customers with your passion and exceptional customer service.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced call centre environment
  • Experience growing revenue in a businesstocustomer (B2C) or businesstobusiness (B2B) sales
  • You will have experience achieving commercial targets or KPIs
  • Demonstrable customer 1st approach
  • Comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to handle objections
  • Organised and will be able to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
*Benefits and more*We're offering a basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000 to £50,000, and a benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, and that's in addition to a day off for your birthday.
