About the role:


We are looking to recruit and train a number of seasonal workers tasked primarily with providing a service to customers using the airport's Premium Meet & Greet car parking facility.


The primary role for staff will be office based, taking responsibility for that initial welcome, ensuring a smooth check in process for our customers.

As a Front of House Operative you are the face of our Premium Meet & Greet facility and will often be the first and last point of contact for airport passengers - the role requires excellent customer service skills.


Once trained, you would be expected to work a shift system averaging 48hrs per week including day, night, and weekend working.


Who we are looking for:


  • You will be tasked with a range of car parking administrative related duties and we are looking to recruit a people person with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • You will be highly motivated and willing to adopt a hardworking and proactive approach to work.
All applicants need to hold a full UK driving licence and full uniform including PPE will be provided.

This post requires access through the Critical Part at the Airport and therefore in line with Department for Transport regulations; you will be required to demonstrate during the recruitment process, that you have no relevant criminal record.
