Rubix M&E are recruiting for an experienced customer service professional to join a market leading smart metering organisation as a Customer Services Manager of a thriving team in Norwich.

This role is responsible for ensuring the Teams are recruited to the required levels, have adequate induction, and fully trained, KPI's are achieved and performance managed.
