Maintenance and Repairs Coordinator - Harrogate, United Kingdom - IMPRESSION RECRUITMENT LIMITED
Description
As the successful Maintenance and Repairs Coordinator your duties will include:
- Manage both reactive and planned works through to completion
- Log all reported issues onto the inhouse system
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers and colleagues to ensure completion of all works
- Work with the finance team to ensure paperwork is completed correctly
- Assist in managing awarded project works from instruction to practical completion
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statistics
- First point of contact for third party vendors regarding operational issues
- Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager
Skills:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of property services/facilities management preferred, but not essential
- Any trades experience is a bonus
To be successful in this Maintenance and Repairs Coordinator role you will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills.
