About Our Client:

My client is a well established Not for Profit, Higher Education organisation based in Greater Manchester. They provide high quality learning facilities and resources in a inspiring learning environment.

The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer
will include, but may not be limited to;

Assist in annual financial reporting.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, forecast and year end accounts.
Assist in costing and financial aspects of business plans.
Produce monthly ad hoc financial reports.
Prepare and input journals onto accounting system.
Support with annual budgets.
Supporting the Head of Finance within financial reporting and analysis.**
The Successful Applicant:
Not for Profit and Charities background
Higher Education desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to organise, plan and prioritise activities.
Strong numeracy skills.
Ability to commute to Manchester.
Experience with accounting systems including Excel.
A team player and ability to support others.
