We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our Award winning group.


Having claimed Awards across the group in the last three years for overall dealer performance, aftersales performance and customer service, we are now looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our Contact Centre based at new facility on Blossom Avenue in Humberston.


Responsibilities and Duties


The role involves calling our existing customers to book their vehicle in for a Service/MOT or necessary work to the vehicle.

You will be required to explain all the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Contact Centre experience is essential along with outbound calling for this role
  • Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous but not essential for the position.
  • We are looking for someone with previous sales experience within a contact centre environment, someone who is outgoing and confident and keen to learn and develop themselves.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT Skills

Benefits

  • Hours of work are between 8.30am 6.00pm Monday to Friday
  • 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
  • Pension Scheme

Salary:
£14,162.22-£36,262.57 per year

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
