About you:

You'll work closely with the Health and Safety building compliance officer and with the maintenance team.

You'll be a part of our small head office team and have access to work from our office base in central Bury.

When we say we're flexible we really are; to keep things on track we need some input at least 3 days throughout the week but we're happy to discuss how the 15 hours can be arranged to work best for the job but also for you so this role could fit around a range of other commitments.

No one will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we're saying and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you

About the role:

We operate out of a number of buildings across Bury and all of those buildings need various checks completing throughout the year.

We work with our fantastic maintenance team and a range of trusted external contractors to complete these works but someone needs to keep track of what needs doing, when and make sure we have all of the certification in place to evidence that they have been completed.

We also need to track any actions that come out of checks and make sure they get followed up on.

Further information about the role can be found in the
job description**.

In return for your contribution we will support you throughout your career -:

We provide a wide range of
employee benefits, career development and lifestyle support services to ensure that you too feel supported, fulfilled and valued from day one of your employment with us.
