My client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with - 5 years PQE to join their Corporate Group in Leeds.

You will ideally have gained previous experience in a City firm or a large regional practice.

You will specialise in areas including: M&A, corporate finance, private equity, corporate governance and joint ventures.


You will be working with clients across a broad range of sectors advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.


The firm's corporate practice is praised as the 'powerhouse of the North' - recognised by its awards and rankings: Tier 1 in Corporate and Commercial and shortlisted for Corporate Team of the Year at the Lawyer Awards 2021.
