Salary:
£14,000 - £18,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses

On Target Earnings (OTE): £33,000 - £37,000 per annum

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

As our team grows, we're seeking an experienced and highly driven Lettings Consultant to help expand our fast-growing estate agency and support our lettings team.

Role Overview:

As a Lettings Consultant at Lixing, you will be instrumental in closing deals, processing tenancies, winning new business, and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.

This role is perfect for those with a proven history of success within the lettings industry and a desire to progress to a higher position within the department based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and inspections, ensuring compliance on behalf of all landlords.
• Drive new business to increase the number of properties we manage.
• Support the lettings team through training, coaching, and achieving targets.
• Work with the company director to improve and develop the lettings department.
• Attend valuations and deliver new instructions.
• Generate leads for new landlords in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Process tenancy agreements from start to finish.

Who We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, patient, and friendly individuals willing to provide exceptional customer service.
• Team players who are also able to work independently.
• At least 1 year of experience in the lettings industry, ideally in a clientfacing role.
• Knowledge of property law, compliance, and a strong willingness to learn about lettings legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a bonus but not required.
