Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and promote specials or events
• Assist in setting up the bar area before opening and closing procedures after hours

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
• Good communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
