Page Personnel is recruiting a Clinic Director for a well known private medical group in central London

Client Details

They are a well known private health care group who are continuing to grow exponentially so this is a brilliant time to join them.

There is a team of over 200 Consultants across a multi disciplinary health care team as well as other clinical staff and adminand back office support.

Description

This is a very varied role and you will be responsible for recruitment in your division, business and strategy planning, budgeting, forecasting and looking after your own P&L.

You will build and maintain relationships with doctors and clinical staff andcontribute to the growing of the business.

This is a brilliant role for a strategically minded person who is seeking a company that will allow unlimited growth, development and progression within the private medical field.

Profile

You will:

Have worked in a similar role, perhaps as a private clinic manager or director. Or maybe come from a clinical background yourself but have moved into a role where you have had management and budgetary responsibilities and are looking for more of a strategyrole
Be looking for a strategic role with lots of responsibility and progression
Be confident speaking to and liaising with senior medical staff
Have managed a budget and P&L
Have worked in a role that includes business and strategy planning
