Main Purpose of Role
- To conduct assesment/audits/reviews for end customers who are part of the scheme throughout the UK
- To provide full efficient planning and scheduling of all audit visits and invoicing for accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct audits in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships
- Complete all chargeable work within the required budget and timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of the business
- Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer expectations
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations and to meet client requirements
- Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements as defined by your line manager.
- To manage personal expenditure required to fulfil the role in order that customer relations and profitability of the business are not compromised.
- At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct, and at all times adopt behaviour in accordance with SGS UK's Equality & Diversity policy.
- Plan and schedule all required audit visits, to meet client requirements and where appropriate accreditation rules
- Ensure all client visit dates are accurately entered onto Salesforce to maintain an uptodate system
- Liaise with clients, auditors and affiliates when date changes are requested to ensure effective facilitation of the same
- To investigate and resolve queries to a satisfactory conclusion within prescribed timelines
- To enter postvisit data onto the system in a full and accurate manner to maintain traceability of contract
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in agriculture
- Five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language
Skills & Knowledge
Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to:
- Work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
- Be selfmotivated and disciplined, able to work without close supervision
- Influence others whilst operating as part of a larger team
- Have a full driving licence and be able to conduct audits throughout the country
- Excellent communication skills to be able to engage at all levels within organisations
- Handle an online submission tool
- The ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt flexibly to change
- Attention to detail
- Able to organise their own workload in line with current procedures.
- IT literate, working knowledge of Word, Excel
Experience
- Very solid Agricultural background and experience in milk production and dairy cow management
- Practical experience in dairy and cattle Farming
- Experience in engaging and working with Farmers
- Customer service experience with both internal and external customers
- Good communication and organisational skills
