About the role:


As a Founders Associate, you will be the right hand of the Founder in order to maximize their output, while working with independence and ownership.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO/founder and experience what it really takes to build a business from its early days.

You will assist with all aspects of sales & marketing, partnerships, strategy, investor outreach, and customer success.


Ultimately we are looking for a true "jack of all trades" - someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, where no task is too big or small.

We need a person with a "get it done" attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


What you will be doing on a day to day basis:

  • You will contribute to and coordinate mission-critical projects in marketing and product
  • Support sales and partnership initiatives
  • Plan and deliver on our digital marketing strategy
  • Attracting new clients through networking and targeted marketing
  • Working broadly to support the needs of the business, getting exposure to varied responsibilities

Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience within a top three strategy consulting firm in a consulting or analyst role.
  • Keen interest and awareness of payments and fintech market and players.
  • Experience working within treasury, and familiarity with FX.
  • Excellent communicator with a driven personality to get things done.
  • Organization is paramount, and so are your prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong investigation and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Lightspeed learner. Everyday the company is growing and evolving, and so will your role.
  • Strategy consulting, investment banking or venture capital background / experience would be a strong plus. Interest and/ or experience in payment systems and fintech is preferred.
