Customer Experience Executive you will be the face of the business offering customers support in all areas. This a great opportunity for an individual keen to work with a friendly and rewarding business who will offer you all the support you need to flourish.

As the successful Customer Experience Executive

your duties will include:

Handling all levels of enquires across multiple channels, providing outstanding customer service is of paramount importance.
Build and maintain a rapport with your customers and escalate any issues to management.
Provide comprehensive advice to customers and upselling where possible.
Manage orders and deliveries for customers.
Building excellent product knowledge is key.
Keep the system up to date with relevant information.
Work towards team targets and incentives.
Engage and remain active with active customers and potential customers.

Skills:

Experience working within a similar role is essential.
You will be confident speaking to a range of individuals and have the passion for providing first class service.
Proficient in using Microsoft office.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
