As the successful Customer Experience Executive
your duties will include:
- Handling all levels of enquires across multiple channels, providing outstanding customer service is of paramount importance.
- Build and maintain a rapport with your customers and escalate any issues to management.
- Provide comprehensive advice to customers and upselling where possible.
- Manage orders and deliveries for customers.
- Building excellent product knowledge is key.
- Keep the system up to date with relevant information.
- Work towards team targets and incentives.
- Engage and remain active with active customers and potential customers.
Skills:
- Experience working within a similar role is essential.
- You will be confident speaking to a range of individuals and have the passion for providing first class service.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
