PharmaReview is a world leading professional services business, providing a complete copy review service to the pharmaceutical industry. We are dramatically changing how the industry approaches this previously very inefficient process. We do this to very high ethical and scientific standards. Copy review is an important and time-consuming job for thousands of professionals.

We ensure that materials, whether internal or external, promotional or non-promotional, are ready for internal review and rapid progression to certification, keeping patient safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Role and responsibilities:

Through our comprehensive 8-week training programme you will become an expert reviewer, specialising in pharmaceutical industry compliance whilst also expanding your transferable skills

Your role will include:

Taking ownership of a review while working together as part of an enthusiastic team to resolve any complex issues
Reviewing technical and medical materials for a range of pharmaceutical companies, including nearly half of the world leading global pharmaceutical companies
Becoming highly knowledgeable in a variety of therapeutic areas including, but not limited to, neurology, cardiology, oncology, dermatology, respiratory and infectious diseases
Developing a strong familiarity with the pharmaceutical code of practices (e.g. ABPI, EFPIA, IPHA)

Key requirements:

Fluent in the English language, with an outstanding command of both written and spoken English
A Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or relevant/similar science discipline
A fundamental understanding of statistical analysis
An excellent eye for detail and ability to keep focus
Awareness of ABPI code of practice would be highly advantageous
Wellorganised with the ability to produce highquality work to tight deadlines
Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn

Additional information:

Post probation salary of £30,000+ per year
37.5 hours per week
25 days annual leave
Hybrid working from home scheme

We are located within the vibrant and energetic Chiswick Park, London, W4.

This is easily accessible by public transport, with four tube and rail stations within a short walk, and includes an on-site gym, restaurants, and home to regular site-wide events.

The site is highly cycle friendly, with showers, security, and we offer a cycle to work scheme.

We will conduct initial screening interviews by Zoom and do our best to share with you who we are and what we do, and as a requirement, our final interviews will be conducted at Chiswick Park in-person.

This is an office-based role where you will be expected to be in the office for 2 days a week as a part of a hybrid working scheme.

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with mandatory core hours being between 9.30am to 4.00pm.
