Description and requirements
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Building Services team on-site at Moor House, London.

You will be joining us on one of our Commercial Property Maintenance projects and the purpose of the role will be to ensure that the buildings conform to all legislations whilst remaining functional to all stake holders.

**You'll:

Ensure that all issues are dealt with in a timely manner whilst fully communicated out to all parties.
Implement all activities, direct or subcontractors ensuring all targets are achieved.
Log all financial data and assist the site teams and Senior Contracts Manager in the review of budgets.
Deal with all internal issues and complaints by utilising clear communications.

Knowledge and Experience

5 years minimum experience in the service industry.
Knowledge of building systems.
2 years minimum of budget exposure.
Knowledge of process compliance.
IOSH Working Safely minimum.
2 years minimum experience of task planning.
