Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, to work as the Emergency Department Secretary at Wirral University Teach Hospital.

You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service.

The post holder will be expected to manage their own workload and will be required to use a significant amount of initiative and discretion in the discharge of all duties, handling queries/enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential together with excellent organisational and planning skills. You should be proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Word. A working knowledge of Cerner Millennium is also desirable.
