Who will you be working with?


Our Doncaster team supports our customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair and, overhaul activities on existing trains.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 16:30pm, and Friday 08:00am to 13:00pm


Contract Type:
Permanent, Full-Time

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (plus 8 bank holidays)

How will you make a difference?


Working closely with the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the delivery of projects for Wabtec Rail Limited regards the overhaul of wheel sets.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team for Freight Projects / Contracts.
  • Prepare performance reports including "Estimate At Completion" reports for each project/contract.
  • Prepare month end Sales summaries for Projects/Customers.
  • Provide accurate cost information to the project management team for live Projects and Customers Support.
  • Submit invoices each month to Customers for completed work and manage cashin position for the Freight Product Line Book.
  • Control all travel and expenses for the Freight Product Line Provide Support.
What do we want to know about you?

  • Ideally you have previous administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills as you will be maintaining and developing good relationships with internal departments and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative providing accuracy at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for the team.
