Role Overview:


You will be responsible for the delivery of efficient, effective, transparent, and fair driver assessments through active, on-site, assessment invigilation.

To ensure assessments are delivered in strict accordance with local Taxi & Private Hire (TPH) policyand guidelines.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and evaluate topographical and driver skills assessment delivery against a set of predefined criteria.
  • Support the delivery of the PHV topographical and driver skills assessments through active, onsite invigilation
  • Ensure exam conditions are met at each assessment centre through active invigilation
  • Work with colleagues across Driver Assessment and related teams
  • Deal with and manage general enquiries, administration and any other duties as directed by the Topographical and Driver Skills Manager

Key Information:


  • Hourly Rate: £14.72 PAYE
  • Location: Baker Street (Fully office based)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Full Time
Contract Duration: 6 months


Experience:


  • Experience in working in a highpressured operational environment
  • Experience in dealing with members of the public; sometimes in challenging situations
  • Experience of working in a customer service or assessment environment
