SME Account Handler

Location:
Dumfries

Salary:
£25,000-£32,000 + benefits and bonus

The Company:

We are working with a chartered insurance broker in the Glasgow area who is looking to add an SME account handler to their already experienced team.

They are a company that has a great name in the market and prides itself on the supportive culture they provide to its staff.

The Role:

You will be proactive in your workload, liaising with clients, recording insurance information and dealing with queries at New business, MTA and renewal stages, there will be a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.

Due to the relationship developmentaspect of the role there will be lots of opportunities to attend client meetings with account executive staff.

The Required Skills:

3+ years' SME Account handling experience is essential.

Cert CII is preferable but not essential.

Strong IT, Communication and interpersonal skills.

A driven, proactive work ethic with a desire to develop is essential.
