Float Team Assistant - GMD £23 per hour

We are seeking a new Float Team Assistant within a large global city based investment bank working in a high pressured, client focussed, exceptionally fast paced division.

Ideally you will be highly competent, energetic assistants able to hit the groundrunning with a very strong work ethic.
These are demanding roles which require extensive support from proactive, motivated and organised individuals.
Experience of competing priorities, demanding coverage and strong teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities of the Float Team Assistant:

Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
International flight & accommodation bookings
Car bookings
Expense management and preparation
Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues

Skills and attributes of the Float Team Assistant:

Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Able to prioritize a variety of timesensitive tasks
Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multitask
Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
Proactive attitude when managing diaries and workload
Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
Positive and approachable demeanour with a "can do, muck in" attitude
Experience working with large teams in a highly demanding environment is desirable
