This Care Assistants role, could be perfect for you if you love to support people who need a little or a lot of support due to aging, illness, recovery and rehabilitation.


As this role involves going from home to home throughout
the Derby postcode, we would prefer for you to have access to your own vehicle.


Although we provide full training, you should understand the role in which you have applied for.


The qualities that we look for at interview stage and beyond include:

  • Having the ability to hold meaningful conversations
  • Having the ability to follow instructions
  • Patience and respect

Qualifications are not required, however you should be able and willing to complete all training we provide.


As this role requires mainly independent working, you will need to be organised and self-motivated. As the company that employs you we want you to provide dignified and dependable care.


Dependent on your experience and qualifications we are providing a starting hourly rate between £10.50+ and mileage will be paid.


You can choose your own hours, although as a minimum we would prefer you to be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
