About the Line Minder/ Line Leader position:

  • £11.67 per hour basic Rate
  • 40.5 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
  • 7am to 3pm


In this role you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining production lines to meet stretching targets and quality standards.

You will ensure that prior to start up all preparation procedures relating to the days production requirements are completed. Line set ups and changeovers are key to the success of this role.

Previous experience of running a production line is desirable, although further training will be given. Basic engineering skills would be desirable, but not essential.
