Base Location:
Cardiff, Reading or Perth


Salary:
£39,415 - £45,136 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.


Working Pattern:

What is the Role?
As a Process Change Owner you will be responsible for the identification, root cause analysis and solution delivery for improvement opportunities within the customer service area of Business Energy - through collaborate working with process stakeholders and effective implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies


Your role will include:

  • Identification of CI opportunities within the process area.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders; building strong working relationships and facilitating the growth of CI understanding and cultural development.
  • Responsibility for presenting findings, conclusions and implementation plans to stakeholders, including up to Director level.
  • Delivery of successful CI projects and initiatives which eliminate waste and realise cost benefit, and/or facilitate improvement in key service outputs.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to articulate using a range of methods to suit the required audience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt accredited.
  • Experience in delivering successful CI projects.
  • Proactive and forwardthinking approach with the ability to balance the needs of both the customer and business.
