Responsibilities:

• Provide oneonone and small group tutoring sessions to students preparing for GCSE Maths examinations.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
• Regularly assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with the MissKMasonTuition team to develop and improve tutoring strategies and materials.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Travel to students' homes, for tutoring sessions, as driving is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Requirements:

• At least a grade 8 in GCSE Maths.
• Thorough understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum and exam structure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Current, valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and in some cases holidays, as needed.
