Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in managing handovers, appointments, and followups with customers.
  • Organising the forecourt, ensuring all vehicles are presentable with price boards and information present.
  • The opportunity to work at shows and exhibitions away from the showroom.
  • The opportunity to learn sales roles and build experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support sales initiatives.

Skills:

Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
