About the role:


Working as part of Student Support Services, you will support the development, delivery and evaluation of events, activities and campaigns designed to promote active health and wellbeing as well as awareness raising of support services available.

This role will primarily oversee the Wellbeing Hub and when needed, the Global Lounge through various administrative and logístical methods with the support of student ambassadors.


Through this role, you will be expected to work closely with the external relations team, developing positive relationships with colleagues in the Student's Union, Campus Services, Chaplaincy, Academic Departments and Student and Academic Services.

This collaborative work will be to ensure that campaigns delivered are as consistent and relevant as possible, avoiding duplication of activity and creating the best possible student experience.


About you:


We are looking for someone with either a relevant qualification in marketing, events or health and wellbeing, or with work experience within a comparable setting.

Previous experience of events management is key, ideally relating to the promotion of health and wellbeing related events and activities.

You should also possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, demonstrable experience of engaging stakeholders at various levels, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across other teams.
