We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our growing operations team based in Chester as a complaints co-ordinator.

Gather connects a wide range of national charity clients with a network of field sales and marketing companies across the UK and Ireland.

Our team is responsible for carrying out several operational business functions for both the sales offices and our clients, and one of those key functions is compliance checks and complaint management across all campaigns.

As a complaints co-ordinator your main responsibilities would be:

  • _to organise, log and close all complaints received by our clients relating to field sales activity_
- _liaise with the sales teams, clients and relevant internal departments to put together appropriate responses in line with client requirements (no direct liaison with complainant)_
- _compile reports based on trends and SLAs._


The training would quickly see you case managing all complaints yourself, escalating where necessary, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to and providing a single point of contact for all parties whilst the complaint is being resolved.

The role will also involve other daily administrative tasks to ensure compliance across all areas of field operations.


As our operations team is responsible for so many other areas of the business, success within this role could open further opportunities for progression into more senior positions.
