We are working with an International Construction company who are looking for a Design Coordinator to work on Revit and CAD works on their exciting construction projects across the North West.

The company are growing the business although they are an established organisation they are expanding in the northern region. They are looking for someone who is proficient in CAD and to work on revit.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills supported by excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
  • Drawing/document management system (EDMS) familiarity.
  • Understanding of change, revision control, document status and approvals.
  • Flexibility to meet changing priorities with excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of ISO19650
  • Assisting Design and Preconstruction Managers in arranging Design and Project team meetings
  • Attend on site and online design team meetings
  • Recording meeting minutes and actions
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with design consultants
  • Collate and manage documents on 4p
  • Getting quotations back from consultants and suppliers within a specified time frame
  • Reviewing quotations and ensuring all information has been included
  • Arrange initial site surveys
  • Carry out initial review of design information prior to issuing to client

Objectives that must be completed daily:

  • Assisting the Design and Pre-construction managers
  • Liaise with project design consultants and client
  • Monitoring 4p for new information

Objectives that must be completed Weekly:

  • Review progress against the project programme
  • Check in with design managers for project update
