WORKING PATTERN:
Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office sites listed above

About this opportunity

Our organization is dedicated to crafting exceptional end-to-end experiences for our clients across various channels. You'll collaborate closely with platforms, marketing, and channel business units.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and redefine digital capabilities, especially helping us plan and manage the overall business area.


To excel in this role, prior experience in digital channels planning and strategy, and / or business risk management, and an understanding or regulations like consumer duty would be highly relevant.

What you'll need- Knowledge of B2B marketing with a passion for understanding clients' needs.- Experience of working with data and/or digital marketing capability and teams- Develop and deliver digital channel plans and go to market strategy based on customer and market insights, considering the wider business and regulatory context- Evaluate digital channel opportunities e.g.

lead generation, aggregators, affiliate and broker, making business recommendations- Business strategy and planning experience- Experience of risk management oversight in digital activities- Be able to produce executive level reporting to understand progress to plans, and insightful information to monitor channel performance- Business wide updates on progress, regular internal newsletters and comms- Influence investment activity - working with the team and key partners across the division and group

And any of these would be really useful.- Experience of digital channel strategy and planning- Experience of business risk management controls and regulation in digital
