Going Green is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an EV Service Advisor. Knowledge of electric vehicles would be advantageous, but it is not essential. What is essential is a proven track record in the automotive industry and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

As an EV Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and answering any queries they may have.

This will include scheduling appointments and offering guidance on maintenance and repair needs.

It will also be your responsibility to maintain accurate service records and communicate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you must have customer-facing solid skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

In addition, you must be able to provide references upon request and hold a clean UK driving license.

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£26,438.00-£27,362.00 per year
