Leading firm of property consultants are now looking to recruit for the commercial arm of the business.

Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Management Surveyor to work with the property management team across the region basedin their Birmingham office.

The role of the Property Management Surveyor will involve providing efficient property management of investment properties for national and local clients, working closely with the existing property management team.

Typical duties will include:
- managing an existing portfolio of national and local clients across the region
- service charge management including budgets
- provision of advice to clients on asset value
- liaising with clients, contractors, and tenants to ensure good service levels

Applicants for the Property Management Surveyor position will require:

MRICS qualification

- have at least 5 years post qualification experience within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
- have good practical knowledge of commercial property management
- proven track record of managing service charges for muti-let properties

The salary range £35,000 to £40,0000 and benefits package including car allowance, are dependent on experience.
