We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator

Profile Summary


This role is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team through the delivery of proactive coordination of managing the interview process and associated administrative support.

The role has designated responsibilities incorporated.


This role works closely with members of the Talent & Inclusion team, in particular the talent acquisition team and stakeholders across the business to provide a proactive and high quality service in relation to coordination and scheduling of recruitment interviews.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • To ensure all recruitment administration procedures and processes are followed and fully documented
  • Scheduling multiple interviews across different time zones and providing feedback
  • To review all administrative tasks and assist where possible, including initiating improvements to the current process
  • Be a positive, professional and proactive ambassador for the HR department in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop credible relationships with both internal and external clients to foster an open dialogue and deliver a professional service.
  • As required develop good working relationships with EMEA colleagues and stakeholders globally including in Tokyo.
  • Contribute to the HR Departmental objectives by proactively recommending innovative, effective HR solutions.
  • Respond to day to day issues that arise from the business. Researching and responding to questions from managers and employees regarding recruitment activities, referring to Senior HR professionals where appropriate.
  • High quality, timely and proactive provision of HR support to the business, to ensure that the department delivers a professional and efficient service to the business, suggesting revisions to the departmental plans and activities accordingly.
  • Proactively ensure that managers and employees are aware of HR related deadlines and their responsibilities under these e.g. responding to requests for availability to schedule interviews.
  • Contribute to both departmental and business owned projects

Dual Hat Duties and Responsibilities

You will partner with both MHI and MHBK Human Resources colleagues, to ensure that the combined Human Resources team works closely together so that at all times all necessary HR services are provided to an acceptable and professional level, to both MHI and MHBK.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working as a recruitment coordinator
  • Experience in an administrative related role.
  • Service and delivery focused with very professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organised and methodical
  • Priorities effectively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Appreciation of the need for confidentiality when managing sensitive data

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a HR role within Financial Services.
  • Experience of a Japanese environment
