£29.67 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £22.60 ph PAYE**

All company's vehicle nameplates to be available in pure electric form by end of the decade and first all-electric company model in 2024.

Achieve net-zero carbon emissions across supply chain, products and operations by 2039. Collaborations and knowledge-sharing with industry leaders. This will allow the company to explore potential synergies on clean energy, connected services, data and software development leadership.

Key Performance Indicators:


  • Effective diary and inbox management of Director, Head of Sustainability Office.
  • Effective communication support provided to Director, Head of Sustainability Office, collaborating with the Communication Team and other relevant Internal Stakeholders.
  • Effective coordination to setup and handle all the logistics of workshops and events with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate positively with the other team members involved in the organization setup from content perspective.
  • Effective coordination with PA or business coordinators of business partners to agree on meetings and events opportunities.
  • Coordinate and involve team members from the SO as needed, inline with the agenda.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Proactively managing the diary the inbox of Director, Head of Sustainability Office with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide operational support for communication needs and opportunities for sustainability, in alignment with the communication for sustainability, to deliver campaigns and PR messaging, events, announcements and storytelling.
  • Coordinating key leadership team meetings preparing documents, writing minutes, taking action points and circulating with relevant stakeholders and following up on actions.
  • Supporting the Sustainability Office Leadership Team on various projects of work.
  • Booking of meeting rooms, venues, catering and general events logistics as required.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as required.
  • Submitting expenses on behalf of Director, Head of Sustainability Office.
  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoices in SAP.
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computerbased information.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and liaising with them competently.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by the line manager in connection with job as may be requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


Essential:


  • Previous experience working in a Business Coordination or Executive Assistant role, preferred from the communication area.
  • Previous experience coordinating senior stakeholders.
