Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

As Senior Recruitment Consultant, you capitalise on new business, drive branch sales, supply best-in-class service and staffing solutions to your specified client base, to maximise branch potential and exceed expectations.

Any sector transferable to industrial will be considered in temp and perm. You have experience as strategic partner, have rapidly assured your clients' recruitment needs. You will be a team player, holding relationships, deliver profits and create a business case for your own division.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic client partnerships; attend client visits, meetings, know their business
develop sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business
Maintain awareness of market competition, competitor analysis to maximise margin percentage

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

Have excellent networking abilities, strong influence, and persuasion skills.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver challenging financial targets
Identifying a high value target market.
Devising a strategy that addresses the market needs.
Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
Implementing a robust customer retention programme.
