Delphi Care Solutions is a leading consultancy specialising in care quality improvement across the UK. We offer a range of services including mock inspections, turnaround and crisis management, and patient safety investigations.

Our mission is to support health and social care providers in meeting and exceeding regulatory standards set by organisations such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and the Care Inspectorate for Scotland (CI).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the management team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Identifying the best recruitment sources for attracting the right applicants nationally, regionally and locally to specific clients in hard to recruit for areas.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of contract care quality consultants, turnaround and interim managers and patient safety investigators for future opportunities.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to attract talent.
  • To escalate recruitment concerns to the relevant departments, as required and in a timely manner in order to work through and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Schedule and plan team site visits in collaborate with the Taskforce Team Lead.
  • Attend the weekly pipeline meeting to update on recruitment activity for current packages and ensure all actions are aligned to current business priorities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Time to fill positions:
Ensure positions are filled within agreed-upon timeframes to meet project deadlines.

Consultant retention:
Monitor the retention rate of recruited personnel to asses the success of the recruitment process.


Qualifications / Experience:


  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferable within the healthcare or consultancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of care quality standards and regulatory frameworks (CQC, CIW, CI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with 'go getter' attitude
  • Ability to work independently and intuitively to business needs and demands.
  • Preferably an agency/in house background dealing with high volume recruitment
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
