We're looking for someone to join our Technical Operations team as a Technical Operations Associate. This role will report to Amna Mughal, Technical Operations Manager.


You'll be responsible for:


  • Client facing relationship + owning key relationships with media agencies
  • Providing support through daytoday queries from external customers and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise within the CreativeX platform
  • Thinking strategically on the scalability of client solutions and making collaborative decisions on clientspecific product configurations
  • Working cross functionally across various departments to ensure projects to completion
  • Project manage client configurations, product updates + client projects

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:


  • 4+ years of experience in an enterprise customer success / account management role
  • Previous experience working in or with marketing, branding or advertising teams
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company
  • Previous experience at a startup
  • Meticulous with details and data and comfortable with google sheets/excel
