An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing and Dynamic Business.SALES ADVISOR NEEDED FOR BUSY PARTS DEPARTMENT
As the Sales Advisor within our busy Part Department, you will be involved in many different areas of the business and its operations, with a strong focus on maintaining and expanding our customer bases, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Sales Order processing using our bespoke ERP systems (UK and EU database).
- Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
- Locating parts using EPC, PDF manuals and our own interactive website.
- Navigation between Excel files.
- Actively promote offers and discounts.
- Building longterm relationship with customers.
To be a successful applicant for this role you will be:
- Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
- Proactive and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
- Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
- Have computer literacy skills.
- Proficiency in any other languages (French, Spanish, German) would be an advantage, but is not essential for the role.
SALARY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON TALENT & EXPERIENCE
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent, 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, Office Based in Romsey.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Other Benefits : 4 Weeks Holiday
