About the Company

  • 2Seck Recruitment Ltd are working with an established Building Contractor with a turnover of over £40 million per annum.
  • They are looking to recruit a talented Estimator to join their team in High Wycombe working on projects in the Construction Industry.
  • Project values are typically between £1⁄2 million £5 million
  • The company are involved in a variety of projects including Offices, Hotels & Airports.

About the Role

  • Your role will be estimating and tendering on projects in the Built environment.
  • You will analyse proposals, specifications, drawings, samples and related documents, identify requirements and prepare appropriate tenders.
  • You will offer technical and commercial support on projects
  • Your role will be mainly office based but site visits when required.

About You

  • You will have gained estimating experience within the construction industry.
  • Have knowledge of tendering and costing.
  • Someone with an eye for detail and good on computer systems.
  • They will support your career development through mentoring, training and further academic training (training budget available)
  • Ideally a Relevant Qualification in Construction (HND, BSc etc)

What's on offer
On offer for this Estimator position;

  • Basic salary in the region of £40,000 £50,000 circa p.a. DOE
