Your expertise in delivering services across a repairs contact centre, estates and environment will be key to your delivering continual improvements in these areas.
Whilst motivating and supporting staff through this journeyThis role will be ideal for an individual who promotes and embeds a culture of continuous improvement, encourages and drives through innovation in housing to improve the experience of residents and drives operational efficiency'
You will relish working with residents to shape the delivery of service
