Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of their client based in Newport, Gwent.

As a Part Time Credit Controller (3 days per week) your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling customer accounts and collaborating staff to resolve any billing issues
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Issuing debt letters and final demands
  • Completing aged debtors and other financial reports on a weekly basis
  • Ad
- hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager or other stakeholders


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a construction industry would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Numerically minded with excellent attention to detail
  • A naturally organised individual with a proactive and positive approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must have Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Sage 200 an advantage but not essential
  • Proactive, driven and team player
