Global Technology Giant - Remote/London - Global Lead Buyer - Software - £80-90k + package

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build sourcing strategy for software vendors of the Workspace portfolio (Microsoft, LinkedIn, Adobe, Quest, Citrix )
  • Manage full portfolio sourcing process, supplier negotiations and paperwork, strategic account relationships, performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive global savings initiatives in close cooperation with stakeholders (internal use, managed services and resell)
  • Evaluate makevsbuy decision, conduct RFP and negotiate renewals taking benefit from end of quarter or fiscal year.
  • A good background in software procurement with a focus on business software having worked with the likes of Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Adobe
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, delivering clear and concise analysis of market data to ensure that the correct business decisions are being made
  • Clear career progression in global organisations
