Credit Control Administrator, £24,000, Harrogate

Do you have credit control or experience within an Accounts role? Are you looking to work for a company that develop their staff and are constantly growing?

  • Credit Control or Accounts experience

  • Able to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Pro-Actively chase & resolve allocated accounts for payment.
  • Gather information to help resolve client queries.
  • Assist with the weekly aged debtors reports.
  • Daily bank postings and reconciliations
  • Raising Fixed Fee invoices
  • Raising Recharge invoices
  • Allocate receipts to invoices on a timely basis.
  • Pay invoices from accounts monthly where appropriate.
  • Issue Customer statements & reminders
  • Keep External webbased software updated with customer invoices.
